The dual mode is clever. Some people hate chatbots, some hate traditional forms. Letting them choose probably helps a lot with completion rates. Curious what the average response rate looks like compared to standard surveys.

Congratulations on the launch! It would be nice to also have audio/video feedback formats. It’s a more “lazy” way for users to leave a review.

Hi,On the landing page, the pricing section needs a fix. When hovering over the Paid plan button, it correctly shows the link to /dashboard/billing, but when clicking the button, nothing happens.The Free plan button is working as expected. Check and resolve the issue so the Paid plan button redirects properly on click.
