I was an early Fathom user: it's been keeping track of my meetings for years. The fact that I can now pull every meeting I've ever had into Claude or ChatGPT and instantly execute on whatever I discussed in that meeting—with the whole history of everything that came before— is just insane. What a world we live in.

Love, love, love Fathom - it saves so much of my brain power by recording all my meetings. I nevery have to look at my non-sensical scribble ever again! Great product.

I've been a Fathom customer for many years and these are the top features we've wanted. Awesome launch!

I've been using Fathom for three years and I have notes and transcripts from 500 meetings stored in the system. I've already been impressed with the account wide built in LLM chatbot and its ability to synthesize useful insights and summarize important points from across years worth of meetings.

I love Fathom!! I use it for all my meetings. The summary and action items sent out to everyone on the call keeps us all on task!

Long time user of Fathom here. there are several things about the new update that I find are a downgrade and can't turn off ...1. A new window pops up when I start a meeting and give me notes that I don't need.2. Another window now pops up after the meeting and gets in the way of my workflow.I understand these can feel like a "value add" but they're really noise in my experience and degrade the experience overall. At minimum I'd love a way to turn them of.

(FINALLY!) I have my OpenClaw connected to Fathom for transcripts, but have been frustrated at having to use Fathom + another note taker for non-zoom/Google meetings. Super happy I can bring this down to one tool that I like.

As someone who was a top 1% Gong user (per Gong), Fathom checks all the boxes and then some.Well, most. Most of the boxes. There are a few oddities (can't use the Zoom app without launching fathom is an example), but this is the easiest and lightest call recording tool I've used in a while.Fun fact: we unsubscribed and re-subscribed once they opened their API.Highly recommended.

Our agency has been using Fathom for 1.5 years and it's been a reliable workhorse that whole time without major updates/changes. I'm looking forward to leveraging the new tools and integrations within Fathom, especially the in-meeting scratchpad and Claude integration.

I'm glad you have made it easier to connect to ChatGPT and Claude. I love Fathom because it's reliable, but my biggest gripe was that I kind of hated the AI. Felt like it was using older models or something, I don't know. Like, I like it for basic stuff, but for really essential knowledge work, I'd have to keep copying and pasting the transcripts into ChatGPT. Just the fact that you're making that easier is so much better. It's the biggest gripe I had using it, because everything else was so reliable. I couldn't determine what AI infrastructure you were using, I wish it was more clear, but either way, just being able to go direct into ChatGPT or Claude a lot easier via your MCP just solves my problem, and I'm a lot happier now to hear that. The API would have always worked, but it would have required me to finally do something about it. The MCP will just work out of the box, so that's exciting.

Congrats on the launch! Are there any plans to include live language translation on virtual meetings in the roadmap?

I've been using Fathom for roughly three years now, and it is has been absolutely a game changer. I have so many meetings both professionally and privately. To be able to have a transcript I can drop into Claude to create summaries of the meetings for clients, and to then create proposals based upon those meetings, which I use Claude for again, SAVES ME HOURS and HOURS. The accuracy is excellent. For personal meetings (church - bible studies I lead out on, helping friends learn how to use Ai etc), to be able to create guides and summaries that are accurate, look professional (again using Claude) is amazing, all because of Fathom, plus it records the video as well, which I can download. Their FREE tier is ABSOLUTELY SO GENEROUS!!! I love it joins all my meetings automatically on zoom and or Google meeting and it connects to Microsoft Teams as well.
