I think this is a great tool! I see a lot of brand accounts where there is no interaction with the customers at all, this definitely would solve for that. For me when I see replies to people from brand, it adds a level of trust, and through Yuma I believe brands can leverage that. In future, do you also plan to integrate features where the AI can find relevant and related reels or posts throughout social media and drop a quirky comment or just a reply there in general? Is that possible to do?
