Friedmann Equations from Holographic Boundary: Bulk-Free Dynamics

Research Abstract & Technology Focus

In a companion work, the Holographic Boundary Principle was formulated as an operational boundary constraint on macroscopic decoupling surfaces, culminating in the geometric horizon identity ΛR_H² = π³/15. Here we convert this static boundary statement into a minisuperspace action for the cosmic scale factor. Substituting R_H = c/H = c(a/ȧ) into the boundary identity yields a strict kinetic-potential structure. Imposing the vanishing Hamiltonian constraint gives H² = (15/π³)Λc² without introducing bulk fluids, and forces the dark-energy fraction to the exact attractor Ω_Λ = π³/45 ≃ 0.6890. Independently, isolating the discrete horizon state count N from the emergent coupling relation G = (4π⁴c³)/(15ħΛN) and substituting Λ = π³/(15R_H²) recovers the Bekenstein-Hawking area scaling N = A_H/l_P². In this construction, the Friedmann vacuum form and the horizon entropy law appear as algebraic consequences of a strict boundary capacity.
