Anticiper et écrire la place des robots dans l’industrie du futur : une approche science-fictionnelle et métaphorique

Les robots industriels sont au cœur de débats sociétaux, d’œuvres fictionnelles et donc de métaphores répandues telles que l’augmentation ou le remplacement des ouvriers du fait de l’automatisation. En contrepoint, de nouveaux types de robots proposent de nouveaux paradigmes de collaboration homme-machine. Cet article vise, en s’appuyant sur l’expression narrative et métaphorique, à comprendre la diversité des perceptions et des représentations du travail dans des environnements industriels robotiques et leur imbrication dans des imaginaires plus vastes et spéculatifs. Il s’inscrit à la fois dans les travaux de recherche sur les robots industriels mais aussi dans ceux sur l’usage de la science-fiction et des métaphores en sciences de gestion. Les résultats présentés s’appuient sur de multiples sources de données (entretiens semi-directifs et libres, ateliers d’écriture science-fictionnelle) ayant réuni au total 76 participants, et revisitent les métaphores traditionnelles des robots.
