The rapid evolution of AI is fundamentally transforming how organizations learn, innovate and operate. Hence the way learning is designed needs to be revised thoroughly to adapt to the ever-emerging demands. This panel therefore targets to discuss the developments for organizations as well as educational institutions. It aims to provide practical solution approaches by focusing on experiential learning and spaces for experimentation. Design oriented methodological approaches can support in handling uncertainty and actively design future human-AI collaboration at the workplace.
