same issue, they said "Linux currently use Electron's capture path, which means the OS cursor cannot always be hidden during recording." so i think is the reason why but idk lmk if this can be fixed

They sold me a lifetime subscription and I jumped to conclusions and gave them a bad review after they had an update. They fixed it and honored the deal. They’re great and very responsive. I had this app for 13~ years.

All of my recordings are "empty," showing no waveform and no file. I have used the app to report this to customer service multiple times, and have never received a response. This app and its support structure have proven to be utterly useless.
