- ✅ 12/12 自动化验收项已覆盖；真实富 Surface 与可审计 IDs/revisions 证据已由 #61 完成。
- ✅ [PR #74](github.com/xiaotianfotos/hom... 进一步验证了同一稳定 Surface 的定向追问、Manager 冷重启和单 Actor Worker 透明重建。
- ⏳ Issue 保持开放；还需要完成以下严格真实验收：
1. Kimi Code 与 Claude Code 后端各完成一次 **active turn 内** steering；
2. 三个并发 Actor 在 active 状态下连续接收至少三次追问；
3. 针对富 Surface 补齐 1080p 与手机端联合截图或录屏证据。

## Why

当前 Durable Actor 能在一轮 Fan-in 后进入 waiting，并在后续轮次继续使用同一逻辑 Actor；但它还不能形成真正连续的交互循环：

- 用户命令只在 run/round 已进入 waiting 时才能通过受控 Actor 命令路径生效。
- 通用 inject 路径会在 WebSocket 写入成功后报告 delivered，但 Worker 除 interrupt 外不会把 inbox/auto/redispatch 指令送入正在运行的模型。
- WorkflowSpec 已保留 `agents..skills`，Worker Dispatch 也携带 agent config，但 Worker 尚未解析或加载声明的 Skill 内容。
- Live Surface Projector 当前只生成固定的标题、状态、进度和文本 findings，Worker 没有提交受控富视觉状态或 A2UI 增量的能力。

结果是多个 Actor 可以并行完成任务，却仍表现为“等待几个文本结果”，无法在模型执行期间接受连续追问，也无法用持续变化的图像、指标、路线、比较或时间线表达进展。
