Clarity and usability of the 'region' component in the Breakscale system design simulator.

Technical Positioning
Intuitive understanding and practical application of distributed system concepts through simulation. The goal is for users to immediately grasp the purpose and impact of components like 'region' without external documentation lookup.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue exposes a fundamental usability gap in Breakscale: the 'region' component's purpose is unclear to new users. Despite having defined behavior (failover, region-down), the simulator fails to convey its function contextually. This directly impedes the product's core value proposition of learning distributed systems through practical simulation. Users cannot effectively design or analyze systems if key components lack immediate, in-tool explanation or illustrative examples. The market implication is that complex simulation tools require robust in-product guidance and practical examples to drive adoption and reduce time-to-value. Relying solely on external glossaries or implicit behavior creates a steep learning curve, limiting user engagement and perceived utility.

What a region is for is not clear from using one

Raised by @alter123 in #26, split out.

The report was "unable to understand the usage of region", and that is fair. The kind carries real behaviour, failover with a failover window and a `region-down` failure reason, and the glossary defines it, but neither of those helps someone who has just dropped one on the canvas and cannot tell what changed.

The gap is between the component existing and the reader knowing what it is for. Some of that is the inspector copy, which should say what a region does in the sentence a reader sees when they select it. Some of it may be that there is no bundled example built around a regional failover, so there is nothing to load and take apart the way the retry storm example teaches retry storms.

Good first issue because it is copy and possibly one preset rather than engine work, and because someone who found regions confusing is better placed to write that copy than I am.

Worth saying before anyone starts: this does not have to be big, and I would rather it were not on the first pass. The expensive part of "add lots of challenges" is authoring scenarios, and there a...

Two more ideas came up while building the first version, worth writing down before they get lost. **Briefs that start from a blank canvas.** The four in this first pass all start from a preset that...
