Cross-platform dependency resolution and installation scripting for Python interpreters.

Technical Positioning
Achieving reliable, cross-platform installation and environment setup for an AI-driven video generation tool.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue reveals a critical inconsistency in Reelmimic's cross-platform dependency resolution, specifically regarding Python interpreter detection. The `install.bat` script for Windows fails to prioritize `python3`, leading to installation failures even when the correct interpreter is present. This fragmented logic across `install.sh`, `app/server/env.ts`, and `install.bat` creates significant friction for Windows users, directly impacting initial setup and product accessibility. The market implication is a reduced addressable market on Windows platforms and increased support overhead due to preventable installation errors. Standardizing interpreter lookup order across all installation vectors is essential for a robust, multi-platform product experience, particularly for a tool leveraging AI components that often have specific Python version requirements.
Proprietary Technical Taxonomy

install.bat doesn't try python3

There are three places that locate a Python interpreter and they don't agree:

| where | order |
|---|---|
| `install.sh` | python3, python, py |
| `app/server/env.ts:22` | python, py, python3 |
| `install.bat` | python, py |

On a Windows box where only `python3` answers, setup stops with "Python 3.10+ not found" even though the server would have found it a minute later.

## Suggested fix
Add the `python3` attempt to `install.bat`, same version check, between the existing two.
