PDF export fidelity, specifically the `ToUnicode` CMap generation, leading to garbled text extraction and syntax warnings in `deckcraft`.

Technical Positioning
Delivering a "clean-room reimplementation of Microsoft PowerPoint" implies high fidelity and compatibility with industry standards for presentation and document export, including robust PDF generation. Accurate text representation and extractability are fundamental.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue reveals a critical flaw in `deckcraft`'s PDF export functionality, specifically concerning `ToUnicode` CMap generation. The incorrect mapping of glyphs to entire text runs, causing garbled text extraction and `poppler` warnings, directly undermines the product's core promise of a high-fidelity PowerPoint alternative. For a B2B presentation tool, accurate and extractable PDF output is non-negotiable for document archiving, accessibility, and interoperability. Developer pain points involve complex PDF specification adherence and font rendering logic. Market implications are severe: users cannot trust the integrity of exported documents, leading to professional embarrassment and rejection. This defect significantly impacts the product's credibility and adoption in enterprise environments where precise document fidelity is paramount.

0.5.0: PDF ToUnicode maps a run's first glyph to the whole run when glyph count != char count (poppler warns, extraction garbles)

**Environment:** deckcraft-cli 0.5.0, macOS universal zip, Apple silicon. Source read at `main` (be14248), where `crates/pdf/src/lib.rs` has the same code.

## What happens

The PDF export writes a `ToUnicode` CMap in which the first glyph of some text runs maps to the run's entire text, and the other glyphs of that run map to nothing. poppler rejects the over-long entries and text extraction garbles.

```
$ deckcraft-cli convert deck.pptx deck.pdf
$ pdftotext -f 1 -l 1 deck.pdf -
Syntax Warning: Illegal entry in bfchar block in ToUnicode CMap
Syntax Warning: Illegal entry in bfchar block in ToUnicode CMap
...
```

pypdf's `extract_text()` on page 1 gives, for a subtitle that reads "Choosing the right transport for next-generation flash storage":

```
Choosing the right transport for next-generation flash storage\x02oosing t\x02e rig\x02t transport for ne\x0ft-genera\x11on \x12as\x02 storage
```

The first glyph (code 1, the "C") expands to the whole sentence, then the remaining glyphs follow with "h" (code 2) and a few others unmapped.

The CMap for that font (`CFYZAH+Carlito-Regular`) contains, among 67 otherwise normal one-character entries:

```
(62 characters)
("Buffer-to-buffer credits mean a sender")
...
Extracted Positioning
Command-line argument parsing and help documentation for `deckcraft-cli` subcommands. Specifically, the `render` subcommand incorrectly interprets `--help` as an output file path.
As a "clean-room reimplementation of Microsoft PowerPoint," `deckcraft` must offer a professional, intuitive, and predictable command-line interface. Standard `--help` functionality is a basic expectation for any CLI tool, ensuring ease of use and discoverability.
