Windows ARM compatibility, installer architecture detection.

Technical Positioning
Native performance on modern hardware, broad platform support.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue reveals a significant flaw in the Craft Launcher's architecture detection and installation process for Windows ARM devices. The failure to auto-select and install ARM-native versions, even after manual ARM launcher installation, results in suboptimal performance and a poor user experience on modern hardware like the Surface Pro 11. This directly impacts market penetration into the growing Windows ARM ecosystem. Ensuring correct architecture detection and native ARM application delivery is critical for maintaining competitive relevance and delivering expected performance on these platforms. This is a fundamental compatibility requirement.

[Windows ARM] Installs x64 versions on ARM machine

I have a Windows 11 Surface Pro 11.

From the web page, if I click on the Windows installer, it gives me the x64 version - it doesn't auto-select the ARM version for installation. I manually installed the Windows ARM version from the releases page, but everything I select only installs the Intel version, not the ARM version.

Check what the Event Viewer says in the Windows Log/Application section after a failed launch. If you have an error related to igvk64.dll try updating your Intel Graphics Driver. Worked for me.
