Notion desktop workspace indexing, enhanced local search.

Notion Desktop on macOS caches the entire workspace locally in SQLite at `~/Library/Application Support/Notion/notion.db`. Since DigUp already indexes local files with EmbeddingGemma 2, we could index these cached notes so users can search Notion pages on-device alongside their local files.
Why it fits DigUp:
• 100% on-device & private — reads local SQLite directly, zero Notion API keys or tokens needed
• Works offline — Notion's built-in search requires an internet connection, is slow, and misses words in nested blocks
• Direct navigation — results can open straight into the desktop app via `notion://www.notion.so/`
• Fast — tested locally on Apple Silicon: parsed 1,126 pages and ~10k blocks in under 0.8 s, with search queries returning in ~65 ms
Under the hood:
`notion.db` stores blocks and page titles as JSON in its `recordMap` table. It can be opened with `SQLITE_OPEN_READONLY` so it never locks or interferes with Notion running in the background.
Happy to put together a PR for `Extractors.swift` with tests if this sounds like something you'd want in DigUp.
