Runtime bounds checking for arrays in Rubix-lang

Technical Positioning
Enhancing memory safety and developer debugging experience by preventing arbitrary memory access and providing clear runtime diagnostics for array indexing errors.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue addresses a critical safety and reliability gap in Rubix-lang. The current lack of array bounds checking leads to silent memory corruption, a severe developer pain point causing unpredictable behavior, security vulnerabilities, and extremely difficult debugging. Systems languages often trade safety for performance, but unhandled memory access is a fundamental flaw. Implementing length-prefixed headers and runtime checks, even with a minor performance overhead, significantly improves developer productivity and application stability. This positions Rubix as a more robust and trustworthy language for systems programming, reducing the total cost of ownership for applications built with it by preventing obscure, hard-to-diagnose bugs.
Proprietary Technical Taxonomy

[SAFETY]: Add length-prefixed array headers and runtime bounds checking

### Description
Array indexing currently emits un-clamped base-index addressing: `mov rax, [rbx + rax * 8]`. Negative or out-of-bounds indices read or write arbitrary memory without warning.

### Goal
1. When allocating dynamic arrays, allocate 8 extra bytes for a length header: `[len: u64][elem_0][elem_1]...`.
2. On array index read/write `arr[i]`:
- Compare index `i` against array length `[arr - 8]`.
- If `i < 0` or `i >= length`, trigger `__rubix_bounds_error` with clean diagnostics.

### Target Files
- `src/parser.s`
- `lib/runtime.s`

### Acceptance Criteria
- Out-of-bounds indexing prints `Rubix Runtime Error: index out of bounds` instead of memory corruption.
