11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADEWUMI ABAKE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adewumi Abake Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
