Can’t see a history of shifts worked so good luck comparing anything to a pay stub. No way to contact devs. Pretty basic.

Works great! App is user friendly and really intuitive! Only thing is it needs some more features. For example, you can only sync your shifts to iPhone calendar and not any other calendar. It would be great if I could sync the schedule to Google calendar as that’s what I use the most.

The app works well for what it’s intended for, but please create a dark mode option and possibly more accessibility options that basically every other app has. The white background is blinding

Just downloaded app and it starts by asking for a phone number and then a passwords to which proceeds to tell me “credentials provided to not match our records” 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Of course they don’t match because I’m trying to create a profile BUT it’s not letting me!?!?
The only options from that point are “forgot password” AND “sign in with another account”?????
What other account? I can’t create or sign up for a FIRST account!!!

Ive been trying everything to sign up and get my schedule. I cant get the code sent to my phone or email. HELPPPP !

the calendar can’t be shared easily with my wife. on iphone w/ hot schedules i was able to invite my wife into my schedule and she could see when i work, open sim sim blocks you from sharing your iphone calendar with anyone i have to send he a screen shot of my days and she has to put them in her calendar by hand, and for the days added to my calendar they get deleted after a week or so so there no record you can go look at

All of my coworkers and I are being asked by the app to enter a password. We’ve been happily using the app for several years and this is new. With the password reset, and entering the code sent, then setting a new password, we are all back to square one. Help!! Update: there was a hosting provider outage, and that problem has been rectified. Thanks for the response!

The application seems to have a glitch right when I attempt to sign on. I am required to have this application for a job and now am not able to use it. I looked for somewhere for customer service in the application but couldn’t get past the log in screen to even request help.

Great app for both desktop and mobile scheduling. Very easy to use and the app doesn’t crash. Great must-have features for employee scheduling. Time off & availability requests are a breeze for staff and employer. 10 stars out of 5!

Having several occasions where I’m bounced out of APP and unable to log in or request new password. Frustrating. It defaults to Intro page with no options

This is a new bug that has come up. The end time is cut off on the iPhone screen so not able to select an end time for a shift. Makes it useless for adding or adjusting shifts on the iPhone. Also seeing this on iPad mini. Please fix this!

I'm the supervisor of 3 different departments in a major hospital in NJ and creating the schedule was nightmare till I was able to get my hand on this app. I totally love it. And the staff thanked me all week bc finally they're able to see the entire week or two in full and get immediate updates when I change their shifts around.
The only thing missing is a monthly view. I hope the dev team is able to work on it and produce it soon. Thank you 😊 (from a happy manager)
