Generative AI is ruining the planet and it needs to be removed from the app. The app was fine without it and I will never use it again now that AI has been added to it. So much for the occasional smoothie coupon, I guess.

I have had the Router for 3 months then I changed it 3 different times. And now it’s on for 1 hour then it goes off. Comes on and goes off I’m starting to think it’s been hacked because I can’t watch a program long enough before those circles start going around. So I’ll be taking it back again 5/29/26.

There are too many bugs and ads in this app I can’t even redeem my Tuesday deal because the app will not allow me to click my deal! I can go through tabs I’ve restarted my phone and still nothing… thanks T-Mobile for forcing me to switch to this app 1 star.

The app itself has been great for as long as I’ve used it…a little glitchy because I’ve moved lines off of my account in the past but nothing I haven’t come to expect. What I’m really disappointed to see, though, is the shift toward AI and that there’s now a charge associated with interacting with a human…sometimes I just want to hear someone tell me that they’ve looked at my account and see what I’m talking about and that they can fix it before it becomes a problem, instead of regurgitating what the contract language says and me having to assume that the app is glitched and my bill will be fine. I suppose that’s not entirely an app issue, though, it’s more of an issue with the company.
