I’ve used this app many times and never had issues until this last job. I was unable to clock in or out due to the app failing. I reached out to support and was told that I would be suspended for not showing up to a shift that I was at. I met with the supervisor, had proof of location, and photos for proof. I drove an hour to a job that I was not paid for and suspended from working any future shifts. Would not recommend, you’re better off using another app or a staffing agency.

they always say on the group chat or even on the Job list that they will provide food and drink drinks. I have not received unless I ask, which they usually have a very sour or sad look on their face and the kind of snacks/ food you receive are fruit rollup, gummies, crackers. That’s while working a 10 hour shift. they might forget to give you breaks. if there’s downtime they take away some of the hours that you worked. I only find jobs are about two hours to three hours away. Nothing close by. Usually the jobs are like $14 an hour and I always walk 20 to 40 minutes from the designed parking spot they chose to the sign in location but they do drive you from the sign in to whatever station you’re working at and sometimes it’s a five minute walk to a 15 minute walk. Most of the time when it’s clock out time they give you no warning on working over time and your boss won’t pick up the phone calls. Sometimes they don’t pay you for those hours. i had to make sure they would - no eye contact but a yes. I once told a lady my phone was going to die. If she could clock me out, she ignored me, so then another employee had stood up for me and denied her letting her sign her in. And she was frustrated with me and said I could sign you in without your phone and I said then that’s all you needed to tell me, but she stopped talking to me. I couldn’t find my car. I didn’t know where it was. It was almost 9 o’clock 10 o’clock at night.

For the most part, it’s a good app to use when looking for extra income, it is AI based app so sometimes that can become problematic. Just make sure that you take screenshots and photos of everything.

They let scammers on the app now. It's over. They even help scammers but forcing their fake jobs to the top of every page no matter what filters you put on. The help center contains zero human beings, and their bot tells complete blatant lies without shame.

I was blown away by the app itself. It’s extremely comprehensive, simple, and easy to maneuver. I don’t know how I didn’t find out about this sooner. Many great opportunities and it has the perfect user interface. This is as close to a perfect app as can be.

If you need a full time job and don’t mind working all over the county then this is for you. The shifts are all pretty great also and lots of work. Sometimes slower than others but if you do good at the gigs then you will get rewarded with more shifts and better pay.

I’m going to sue this app. I was supposed to get paid and I didn’t and yall ai assistant don’t help out with nothing. I feel like I worked for free and I’m pressing charges.
