I took a chance to apply for one of these cards since I qualified because my credit score is not all that great. I was approved however, it is not worth the high interest. You can’t get any local u.s. reps when you call customer service that give you false info & the full credit does not become available immediately after making a payment (even with the express option). I had an issue where I mistakenly made a payment from the wrong bank account that got returned resulting in a hold on my card. I made a payment after from my debit card to recover the returned payment & was told by a rep he was able to remove the hold after uploading a letter from my bank on the credit one portal showing the first payment did not clear (which i did). Come to find out days later when the payment posted from the 2nd one after making it from my debit card that was not the case speaking with a supervisor. Even though I made a second payment that cleared my balance on this card & took my money by debit I STILL have to wait 7-10 business days to get a hold removed just to get my available credit. Do yourself a favor and go with Capitol One or a regular bank like Chase or Citi for a credit card if you qualify.

Son unos ladrones. Ningún otro banco cobre una “tarifa expreses “ . Devuelven los pagos mínimos justo un día antes de la fecha límite de pago! Es una basura de banco , dañan el puntaje crediticio como ningún otro! Me quedo con capital one al 100% .

They will gouge you wherever possible to take more money from you. Won’t allow you to make extra payments during a month, they accept your immediate payments (deducted from bank) and account will even “post” your payment but funds won’t be available for days even tho you pay extra for express pay. As soon as I stabilize my overall credit, I will never use this company again. Consumers are worn out - this company will make you feel it.
