How SwiftCall Works
SwiftCall warms up your cold calling by helping you dial more leads more quickly and by making every step of the process easier.
Create leads or import them with a CSV. SwiftCall will do the work of sorting them into call lists based on your goals. Organize call lists based on your progress (cold leads, warm leads, hot leads) or by Subgroups, such as by industry or geographic location (SwiftCall Pro). Use SwiftCall Cloud Storage (a SwiftCall Pro feature) to automatically sync your leads across all of your iCloud Devices.
Then auto-dial away. SwiftCall will keep auto dialing and presenting leads to you in rapid succession, while helping you document call notes and then taking follow-up actions. This can go even more quickly when using SwiftDial.
Schedule your follow-up calls with SwiftCall’s Planner, Siri can also prompt you right before your scheduled call.

I purchased this app several years ago and actually recommended to every member of my sales teams that I’ve led, and there were multiple teams. It worked great had all the features I wanted. It was an expensive upfront cost. Now all of these upgrades that have come along are truly downgrades that have stripped it of its core capabilities and charge you as high as $35 a month which is almost what you paid to buy the app to begin with. No more sub groups no more contact for support no more cloud storage no more text or email follow ups unless you pay. As an original purchaser, you should not have disabled what I purchased. If you wanna go after new users and be upfront about it great but I was sold to bill of goods and you stripped it down to next to nothing after the fact. To say, I am livid is an understatement.

I am pleased with my SwiftCall experience so far and I plan to recommend to my colleagues. The auto dialing, call scheduling, and call documentation processes are easy enough to use and really speed up my day. The call stats are also nice to have.

I had purchased this app previously for over $50. With a recent update all my pro features have been removed. The app owner has not responded to support requests.

Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit my review. I purchased this app a couple of years ago. The purchase came with text/email preset features that I can send to my prospects after a call. I now see that this is a feature I have to $24 to upgrade to pro for. This is upsetting for obvious reasons, I have to pay an additional fee for a feature that I technically already paid for.

But now, as of July 2024, all of your leads are trapped in the app unless you pay to upgrade to the monthly subscription.
So you can no longer export your leads.
This would not have bothered me nearly as much if I hadn't already paid for the app when it was a one-time purchase, then paid for the cloud storage just 3 months ago.
The app is unusable to me at this point.

Hands-down, the best customer service I’ve ever received was having a little bit of an issue importing my CSV file 100% my fault but was able to send an email and got a response and got help within minutes. This app is amazing and worth every penny.

The best Crm with auto dial that’s available for iPhone. The is a game changer. I just loaded 7000 leads with no problem. The .csv columns have to be in the correct order for the system to process the leads. Watch the .csv tutorial twice.

I found this app while looking for a dialer I can use on the go, via my cell phone. I wanted something that will make me more efficient in dial sessions, and something that will load the numbers for me on my phone if I want to go for a walk while dialing. This was perfect! Also, the biggest thing for me is the service. The developer himself is very responsive and has helped me numerous times when I have had questions. You can’t go wrong with purchasing this!
