This company uses 'dark patterns' to make it nearly impossible to cancel. They push you to sign up on their website so you can’t manage the subscription through the App Store. I tried to cancel months ago, yet they continued to charge me $295 for an app I never used once. Their support (Great Apps) refused a refund despite zero usage logs. Honestly, a simple, free YouTube video on my specific issue was 100x more helpful and didn't cost me $300. This is a total scam designed to bleed your bank account. Go to YouTube instead!

I attempted to cancel my subscription by emailing my request to do so - per their instructions. The automated monthly charges have not stopped.

I don’t know if I am even doing these exercises correctly. There is no tutorial, no ready set go just go! And some clips I can’t even see the whole person. I will keep going and report back

Not that useful. Promises a comprehensive profile if you subscribe but there’s nothing comprehensive about it. It just tells you what conditions your feet are at higher risk for and gives recommendations on exercises you can find anywhere for free if you spend some time looking.
It’s final advice is probably just telling you what you were trying to avoid by using the app, see a Doctor.
I personally got nothing out of it. Overall just a waste of my money.

If you want comfort and support, look no further because this is the app for you. The content library is packed with valuable tips, and the shoe recommendations were spot-on too.

I subscribed to this as I was keen to try it, but my foot doctor advised me against it as I have very particular feet problems, so fair enough, I thought I would just cancel it. Nowhere on the app or website does it give the option of cancelling it, and despite my emailing for assistance in cancelling a few weeks ago, I never heard back and have just been charged another $29 for something I cannot use. I have now emailed again asking for immediate assistance in cancelling, and really hope I am heard this time. I will not subscribe to an app ever again without first ensuring that it provides an easy way to cancel the subscription if desired. My mistake, but a costly one, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this app for that reason.

It shows only one side ( right or left). If it shows both side might be more convenient and it will not pause the video
