I haven’t been able to open my Spark account for two years. I’ve had no trouble opening accounts with Uber Eats, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Lyft, Uber, Insacart, and Grup Hub, and I’m an active, 5-star-rated driver. But this stupid Spark app acts like I’m a criminal whenever I enter my SSN during sign-up; I’ve lost all hope. You can keep this stupid app.

Until Spark can guarantee my tip and freeze it I will not be driving for them anymore. People are putting big tips on there for you to do their orders big orders some not even close so you have to drive far with gas prices the way they are and then once you drop They take the tip away and spark allows it. Looking into Instacart now.

There are people using bot software to grab all the order before they even pop up on the screen. Spark doesn’t care, Walmart doesn’t care. Good luck making any money on this app unless you’re doing it illegally.

I like making deliveries because I can choose my own schedule and the orders that suit me best; the only thing I don't like is that the customer can withdraw the tip—even if you did everything correctly and gave it your absolute best.

The orders have been high miles and low pay. Their customers are stingy on the tips and gas prices are astronomical. There needs to be better perks. Free shirts. Free gas cards. Free food from restaurants and Walmart. Free oil changes. The only perk is the Walmart app and 10 cents off gas. We get injured on the job or have a car accident or mechanic failure the responsibility falls on the contractor. We don’t make much money and rely of tips that they don’t require their customers to add. The incentives have gotten really low and the miles for deliveries have quadrupled! We are undervalued. Walmart and Spark need to do better, NOW!

I’ve been doing spark for about two weeks now the first week it was excellent orders would come in on a regular basis it was accurate to the displayed offer time regularity but after the first week, the app begin to be very bugged and glitched i’ll get randomly logged out of my account, I would get a notification for offers open the app there was I noticed that when I would accept an offer after I accepted it the pay rate would change usually to a lower amount I’ve also taken trips with the same exact pick up location same amount of miles and number of drop offs as previous trips but the Spark app lowered the Pay also all the customer service is out sourced with a very strong language barrier being a a challenge in proper communication customer service representatives are reading from a answer sheet/ script with no actual solution at hand they just have the power to cancel your trips or initiate them as returns there’s no form of higher up you can speak to or be connected to

App would not accept my agreement to the terms. I scrolled ALL the way to the bottom. Could not complete my account creation. “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Endlessly.

New ai clanker support agent gatekeeps any help and makes every problem add extra wasted time handshaking with its remedial protocol. Will literally hang up on you if you incorrectly answer “why” you need to speak to an agent. Dystopian nightmare fuel.

The app use to be good but every single time they update the app they company doesn’t care about the drivers . Truly only care about just the customers , drivers are humans too . Adding product doesn’t bet the driver at all , it’s the same of instacart , that why so many users don’t use instacart.

Be selective with your deliveries make sure you’re actually getting your moneys worth,some trips are not worth the gas.

Seems like once you get one order you can’t get another. You get a notification but then the order pops up and disappears. Almost like other shoppers are using bots to grab orders. There’s no way to get a bonus if orders do not show with the notification. Uninstall app reinstall, log in and log out doesn’t fix the issue. You can verify yourself many times but just seems weird that no orders remain on screen. I know other apps may be more of a pain by checking everything out but it’s better to waste hours of your day when others are using bots.

Don’t bother downloading this app it will keep asking u for ur license take 100 pics for you get it to go threw then wait a month for them to do back ground check then ask u for ur license pic again it’s happening to other peaple to trying to get a job here waist of time

The spark app does not work, it says something about a trip manipulation that I installed I only had 2 gps apps waxed and map quest so what help do you have to fix this problem. There are a lot of deliveries that may not get delivered. Why don’t you develop a built in gps for the spark app

Been doing spark for almost 3 years now. And the technical issues are horrendous especially when all you’re trying to do is make extra cash. The money is good if you work smart but the technical issues sometimes will make you want pull your hair out. Sometimes it work smooth but whoever made the app needs to go back to the drawing board.

Spark should confirm the tip from the customer, tip must be added to the delivery charge. Some of the clients write down a big tip but when after the delivery you don't see any tips at all. They scamming!!! Spark do something about this, it is not fair and its cheating all drivers. Make the tip permanent without changing and no need to wait 24hrs for the tips to get added. Before delivery 10$ tip after delivery 1$ tip!!??? Where's the justice on this!????? My delivery charge in my spark app don't match in my one pay account.

I have to use almost a gallon of gas to get to Walmart and they cancel my trip and say I need to verify my identity after I already did it once today this keeps happening repeatedly and I’m starting to think it’s just a scam to deport people
