Would it be possible to have the option for dynamic island live activities and pip when it comes to monitors?
Rawlis • Jul 4, 2026
This is terrible for use of Automatic Cleaning. Live Activities was a better option.

Why do you have to pay for a better gaming experience
dhnsdbcbns • Jul 2, 2026

This app actually works!!!
Norado Andre • Jun 23, 2026
I really like this app still, right?
I would love for the temperature to be actually displayed (like say 88°F), instead of it saying "moderate temperature," "normal," or "high."
Display the actual temperature, thank you.

The widgets help but sometimes takes it awhile to appear after changing wallpaper

Absolutely the most comprehensive app of its kind. The ram cleaner does make a noticeable difference. When my phone starts running slow and glitchy I run a deep clean and it starts running smooth again without having to shut the phone down completely. Very well thought out and developed app.

Hello,
First, I want to thank you for developing Device Monitor². One of the main reasons I use the app is the RAM monitoring and automatic cleaning functionality.
Before the recent update, I used the Live Activity RAM monitor with the auto-clean threshold set to 90%. I would activate the Live Activity and leave the app running in the background. This worked extremely well because it allowed me to monitor and automatically clean RAM while still using other iOS features, including Picture-in-Picture video.
After the recent update, I noticed that the Live Activity option was removed and replaced with a Picture-in-Picture mode. While I can see some advantages to the new implementation, it created a problem for my workflow. Because iOS only allows one active Picture-in-Picture session at a time, I can no longer use Device Monitor’s RAM monitoring and YouTube (or other video) Picture-in-Picture simultaneously.
My feedback is not that the new Picture-in-Picture feature should be removed. In fact, I think it is a useful addition. My suggestion is to consider offering both options:
* Live Activity mode
* Picture-in-Picture mode
This would allow users to choose the implementation that best fits their needs. Users like me who rely on video Picture-in-Picture could continue using the Live Activity version, while others could take advantage of the new Picture-in-Picture monitoring mode.
I really appreciated the uniqueness of the Live Activity RAM monitor, especially its Dynamic Island integration, and I hope you might consider bringing it back as an optional feature alongside the new Picture-in-Picture implementation.
Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve the app.
Best regards,
A Device Monitor² User

This is one of the best device status tech apps I’ve seen and I’ve tested over 100. The king remains System Status by Jiri Techet but this one shows a lot more detail and has way more features.

I don’t know if anyone read my last review, but I was finally not pestering about reviews every time I opened this. Of course I’m writing this after getting promoted again, but I said I would change my 3 star review if the pestering stopped for a few weeks and I could just use the app and it stopped so here you are. Please never prompt me again. I’ve paid for the app and left a 5 star review. If I get prompted again to review, the apps code must be broken regarding that and should be fixed. Thanks.

Does exactly what it’s advertised to do. You can test all the phone’s features within the app to make sure everything is working properly!
