I deleted this app when I got in a relationship. I redownloaded it after the relationship ended. The app did not delete. It just said it did. Very embarrassing surprise.

It’s just a money grab. Matched are thousands of miles away and everything requires a paid membership and it’s outrageously expensive. Don’t waste your time

There is a lot of hype for this app but I don’t know what for it doesn’t listen to preferences I’ve already had like 15 guys just wanting to j.o. To my pictures and it doesn’t match with anyone nearby which isn’t good for people who can’t travel far because of expansiveness I did find one or two guys who weren’t j.o.ing but they didn’t last very long because I wouldn’t tell them my weight and size so idk what’s so good about this app

It would be nice if there wasn't a paywall just to be able to see people that are in your set age range and distance settings.
Not sure what the point of setting those preferences are if you have to pay for them to actually go into effect.

Awful dating app, good algorithm but if you don’t pay for the premium you’re only going to match with people hundreds of miles away from you. Don’t waste your time just go back to tinder

It's literally the same thing with the same tactics to get you to buy their premium such as gatekeeping the people who like you in order to incentivize people to buy premium honestly just go to a bar if you get matches on a dating app you can find somebody at the bar these are just predatory apps all of them

I’m super confused by all the 5 star reviews. It’s the most expensive app if you intend to date locally. If you are into transcontinental dating then it’s pretty affordable:/ There absolutely are fake profiles. Strongly dislike the AI generated bios - they should get rid of that feature. You can’t see where the person is located without going into their profile which is super annoying. I haven’t enough positive experiences to justify paying for upgrade but I rarely local ppl (I’m in a large urban area). I dunno - maybe I will give the higher plan a shot but I have low confidence. All that said, the interface is good - it has a natural ease of use. I have mixed feelings about being able to see viewers but (overall) I feel like it can prompt some connections … or dissuade some, lol.

These apps have been absolutely brutal to me. I get… on average eight-twelve likes a month. Almost all of my guy friends report the same.
And then every woman I message is dry and ghosts me after a couple of messages. It confused me so much that I asked several of my female friends what they get, and they’ve confirmed that they had received hundreds of likes within the first DAY of creating a profile. They said they typically get thousands per week. If this is true then dating for woman is like shopping. For men it is like a job interview.
I don’t understand what I am doing wrong: I’m a 24 year old aerospace engineer with a graduate degree. With photos of me traveling the world. I do calisthenics and am very fit. I am caring, friendly, respectful, emotionally empathetic and I’d say I’m great at conversations. Outside of this app, I’ve had multiple, long term relationships with gorgeous women and get hit on frequently in real life.
A woman on this app even matched with me, and then messaged me, “Ew. I didn’t realize you were so short.” And then she unmatched me before I had a chance to say anything. I’m 5’9, the american average… is there a height inflation I didn’t know about?
I think… the best thing for me to do is delete this app. It’s been deeply affecting my mental health.

That’s it. It’s a scam. It hides people close by behind a paywall. When you pay for it, you can’t swipe on them. You have to send a like or a message to them, you can’t just swipe. Each like or message is limited and you need to pay to earn more.

Deceptive marketing. Paid for a subscription you won’t show me people near me unless I upgrade more? So I basically paid 25 bucks for an app that won’t show me people near me unless I upgrade that package even further. Totally shady app and totally shady marketing practices. I spent less than an hour on this garbage you should refund my money.

Something feels off… I’ll leave a like and then it’ll say there is a match requests… I do not trust the app at all. The ages of all the people in “likes you” that it refuses to let me see unless I pay for the app I literally just got are younger than I usually encounter on dating apps. Most are like 21-24…I usually match 27-33. These are 100% bot accounts to get me to pay for the app…I had like 5 hidden likes before I even finished the profile set up. I know how companies use bot engagement to improve actual engagement and Im not falling for it lol

So I made a complaint that I was seeing profiles in different states and not in the age and radius I put in. So I then bought supreme to see if in fact no profiles were close. Surprise surprise over 50 profiles within my radius yet I can not see in the regular profiles still even as a supreme member. I need to use the 1 of 3 supreme to chat with a profile within my range.
I made the complaint got a reply back saying well if no profiles are in your range we extend it to get more matches. Which was a blatant lie and I called them out and have not received the reply to how there are so many profiles in supreme close to me “nearby” yet on the home duet all profiles are 3 states away.
