Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.
To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in MyChart.

I’ve texted my doctor staff no one has got back to me. Not sure if they’re even getting them. None of my current medication’s are in my chart. I’ve received messages from them, and nothing is being answered from mine

This is an awesome way to review med documents and medicines. Schedule appointments easy or cancel if needed. Great way to keep up with the whole family!

This app does not always work properly. Constantly logging out and back in to get it to work. Suggest the developer work on it.

I made an appointment in advance. I had to drive 12 hours for the appointment to find out that it had been canceled and rescheduled. Of course they said it was my fault, but nothing was posted on my chart, and in fact the day before the appointment they had me do a myChart check-in. At no time was I told or emailed or texted that my appointment had been rescheduled. So I drove 12 hours for nothing and the staff couldn’t care less.

It’s a flaw in this app that when you ask a question, you are not notified there is a response. You need to keep checking back to see if you have had a response. Extremely annoying!

MyChart is a good communication tool for communicating with my healthcare professionals and make my medical records readily available for me to access. I use ghe app on multiple devices.

Information is accurate, but navigation is not user friendly. OK once you get used to it, but “how to’s” would be helpful. Patients not reasonably tech savvy won’t use this.

What a great app. All of your medical history, lab & test results, messages with dr, and so much more. And you can sign up with multiple providers and also have access to loved ones with their permission. Everyone should use it!

I have been trying to complete questions for my upcoming visit but after answering the first one the app closes. Very frustrating and disappointing!

I have had a lot of medical problems in this has been great. I love this app and the whole system and a big shout out to My primary care doctor and all the doctors that have helped me through this tough time. Love it. I wouldn’t change a. Thing 😊👏🏻

I believe you should be able to comment on your PT that you have done within the messaging process with your doctor without the issue of you will be billed for your questions…I was already billed for all the sessions and merely wanted to post my opinion of care team! They were all great at CC Brunswick Campus! 👍💛

Absolutely the worst. Hard to navigate and the old system was simple.

I have 3 accounts with MyChart, if I want to find a past dermatology visit, I’m clueless about finding it other than trying to comb through it all.
It would be great if I could do a search and find them all and I can pick with date.
I installed central and still nothing
Thanks for listening

I cannot use my chart. I’m locked in to having to get my husband old account or my two and even resetting the password fails. Why can’t I use face to open an consolidate both Arice and Alice Jean rice. My husband is deceased Norman rice.
