I signed for a 1 yr sub, so obviously I was intensely interested. Started with the Sleep sessions. Finished the first. Tried to move on to 2d. Couldn’t, despite visual confirmation I’d completed all steps in Session 1. I signed up to learn how to alleviate stress, not become your sitting duck for unnecessary irritants per abject failure to code intelligently. Canceled sub. Moved on to Insight Timer.

This app has been very glitchy for me. This morning, I wanted to check out the singles and courses, but the app just closed anytime I scrolled to courses. On a different morning, I had to skip my meditation because it was saying all the meditations were locked even though I have a subscription.

If you’re looking for meditation, this might be a good resource. That’s the method used for relaxing stress, and anxiety relief as the developer states in the heading.
The focus is on meditation so if meditation is not your thing as is the case with me, then this is not for you.
If you’re looking for guidance to work through your thoughts and emotions, then this app will guide you through meditations, but that’s about it.
They’re heavily push pushing Ebb AI as a way to talk through your problems. I don’t really feel like talking to AI but was just looking for some guidance to organize my thoughts. This was not helpful for me.

Quite literally everything is locked behind a subscription so you your downloading the app for no reason if you just want a nice meditation app. Reviews may be botted or bad reviews deleted.

Headspace used to be my go to, to help me through stressful periods and sleepless nights. It was a good program to step away from everything. In the more recent years, they have caved to all the social trends, rather than focusing on the core methodology of meditation (seems counterintuitive). They also used to have a nice relaxed display of your daily tasks and now its home screen is a chaotic mess. I cancelled my subscription. I only ever use it anymore, when I need rain sounds for my baby on the go.

I miss the old home page that suggested morning breaths and the morning meditation. It’s hard to find those and I just use it for sleep now

I love the content but it takes so long to load both upon initially logging in and when switching screens to search for something. I am miss having the class I’m taking on the first page. I wish I could customize my morning or day with things - if I could I would have the Wake Up, a short morning meditation,

Headspace got me into meditation and helped to create a habit. think it’s really working well, it’s been 15,555 minutes :) it actually took me through toughest times of my life when I had trouble sitting with my thoughts and feelings. new animations are so cute! I’m very grateful they came up with this

I’ve loved this app for years, but the most recent updates have left it buggy for me all year. Half the days it doesn’t even open the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling. The meditations no longer work when I click on them. I do t want to uninstall and reinstall or delete the cache every single time I meditate. It should be seamless. Canceling my subscription sadly even though I love the content. I just can’t pay for something I can’t easily access.

The home row is constantly swapping icons around in an effort to get users to accidentally start a conversation with their AI chatbot named Ebb. It’s INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. There is so much great content on this app, stop trying to force AI down our throats.

I LOVEEE this app but almost every thing is reserved for premium which really sucks!
:( and premium is 70 dollars a year. The app would be SOOOOOO much better if they offered more tools and videos for free! I really hope in the future that they consider this!
