With the new app redesign, it’s hard to find salaries, filter for a specific role and sort them. The navigation across pages is horrible. Also have to through multiple searches to find company reviews. Please fix the design and make it simple and intuitive

I’ll get a notification for a job and the job was not there.. AI told me a job I wanted was here, nope. The filter is no good, I only want jobs in my small town and I don’t wanna see old jobs I use to apply for. That’s done. Anywho. Looking forward to the update

Whether you are here for the first time or the 20th time, what sets Glassdoor apart from the REST is “I believe in them”..They go the extra mile to keep you informed of good companies, salary info, employee reviews, and their postings are authentic and up to date. They have excellent writers and recruiters who inspire and guide you properly and professionally in your job search. They are the REAL DEAL

This app isn’t really anything on its own as it used to be, since they partnered with Indeed.

How about instead of updating the app to push AI features in everyone’s faces you make the app more usable first? The jobs shown are irrelevant to the search criteria. Sort results by date option is not working at all, showing me posted dates all over the place.

The new app only wants to show you jobs. They have an AI search for jobs, but there is no easy way to find benefits or reviews on companies. Even if you go to the company tab, it just wants to search for jobs. There’s no reason to use the AI inside of this app. You might as well. Use an external AI to give you search results on reviews. Disappointing.

Literally them them and indeed are sister companies so there’s no point in having a profile with both of them all the jobs when you apply why not going through indeed anyway so I just got rid of this one and just use indeed.

It’s no longer possible to search for a company and view its reviews. That’s what I use it for. Not sure what happened to the app?
Manster20 • Mar 25, 2026 ★ 1
I don’t like how every time I pick a job it automatically transfers me back to indeed.

I find the mobile app kind of useful. There’s a lot more information that is accessible online as opposed to the app. For example, if I go online, I can see salary information. I can see benefit information for companies in the mobile app. It doesn’t show you any of that. In quite honestly, if I’m gonna read about a company I want to see reviews. I wanna see salary information and benefit information. This could definitely be improved.

This app is next to useless now. Does not offer an easy interface for browsing similar jobs or companies of interest.
Lily345533 • Mar 20, 2026 ★ 5
Me gusta esta app porque no te complica tanto la vida como otras apps de empleo escoges un trabajo y mandas tu información de manera sencilla y fácil y también rápido y eso para mí está súper bien
Mikedout • Mar 20, 2026 ★ 1
Just let people use the app without 1 million pop-ups

I keep having to go back and change the filters for each search. Then when it’s near correct you post COMPLETELY irrelevant jobs. Your AI is a lot of “A” and almost zero “l”.

Business Process Outsourcing, CALL CENTERS dammit. Every business has to contact or take contact to its customers. You don’t list this industry which applies to EVERY single business on planet earth.
