Miss Rachel and Miss Michael you guys are amazing. You truly care about every animal that you treat your staff is hard-working and very thoughtful and knowledgeable. We are so very grateful for you.

This app used to be good and now it takes you out of the app to schedule anything. What’s the point if it’s just going to take you online to some site? Vets opened by private equity now suck! All these blood suckers do is provide mediocre service and drain your bank account

I would like the application much better if it was updating regularly!!

App is easy to use. Make appointments. I find looking at my pets records very helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly, they understand my children (fur babies). They respond to calls right away, remember my babies & their issues & take everything into consideration and get us in to be seen in a timely manner. The techs are just as attentive & caring. I FEEL the dr’s treat my babies like they do their own & I always appreciate how above & beyond they go for their care. They aren’t only caring & sensitive but do all they can to find the issue & try to help & make things better. My one dog’s allergies were so bad & the shots & meds stopped helping. They suggested blood test to look for allergies & they were 100% right. My dog was allergic to the food he was eating all his life! Who would have thought, not me but they did! He’s much better with his new food. This place is animal friendly, takes care of them with love & cares about their parent’s feelings as well & that means a lot!!

Dr Mandy is amazing with both of my babies. Lofton Creek Animal Clinic is the only place for my 2 loves

My dog Chase gets the best treatment when he comes to KMVS. They treat him like it’s his birthday! coming here is a treat.

PetDesk has been wonderful to use. It’s very helpful and fast and convenient.

Pet Desk is very convenient!!! Has all of you fur babies vaccinations records, appointments, reminders, office visits, medications and more all at the tip of your fingers!!!!

Helps me keep track of my pets through self notes, and some vets are partnered with the app so it automatically updates their records too

I’m absolutely disappointed and devastated with how this app is ran. My sweet girl hasn’t even been gone for a week but this app was quick to erase any memory of her. I’m heartbroken. Do better PetDesk!

Terrible app. Wish my vet had not changed to this. The main reason for me and many others to use this app is to have access to pets health records. With this app you can see breed/bday/weight..and i big ad to get you started on pet insurance. Do better.

The convenience of this platform is amazing. I can simply log in, book an appointment with my preferred vet, and that's it - it's incredibly user-friendly and efficient!
