I think the app is very helpful and quick to make things smoother on handling customers ID. I also think that it has great privacy benefits as well.

I use this app at my dealership and love it. I don’t have to manually enter the buyer’s info or go to a scanner. We also just caught a fake ID. It’s great!

It’s not better than Vin Solution or Roadster just wasting your time and money with this, I am sorry

This app is absolutely terrible. Took several weeks to finally start working after my company switched to it. Now it constantly crashes every single time I try to scan a customer’s license. It’s 100% useless to me now. Deleted and reinstalled several times. Still doesn’t work.

It’s truly a shame that my company went with this service for our credit applications. I simply don’t understand why it is so difficult for developers and ux designers to make a competent application when there are already so many that exist and work without issues. Dealer safeguard solutions seems to refuse to want to improve their product for their customers. The app always freezes often deleting all information that was entered it cannot seem to ever crop the image properly and the overall interface is terrible. I pray that one day my company either stops using this service or dsgs actually makes this a viable application that works.

The app this replaced was FAR more user friendly. This company made a huge mistake with this release. We’re trying to get our dealer to find a different solution because at this point it’s slowing us down with how difficult and finicky it is to use. 0/5

After scanning the DL to create a customer, why must we again input customers last name to search for the customer we JUST created to upload more docs? Most annoying thing ever

I had to come back and drop my review to a 1 star. There needs to be an option for a manual photo to be taken of the VIN and Miles. Not all vehicles display that information in a way that can be cropped. I’m having to take a photo of the miles or vin with a coworkers camera, so that the stupid app can crop the image. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to get the app to crop the image in a 110+ degree Florida heat.

Extremely frustrating trying to scan VIN or Miles and the app can’t crop an image. How on earth is there NO option to manually take a photo. Not all cars display the VIN and especially Miles in a way that can be cropped. Please fix.
