The ai platform has difficulty understanding the prompts and generating designs based on it. In addition, it was a nightmare trying to unsubscribe. The charges are on a weekly basis.

This app is a total scam I signed up for the 3 day trial gave it a chance and decided it was not for me so I went to my subs and cancelled the subscription it even showed that it was cancelled on March 23 and then a week later I get a charge on my account for 6.99 then after I reached out to Paddle. They got my info and didn’t message me back until I got another charge on my account at which time I emailed directly and got my sub cancelled but no refund because it didn’t fit the criteria!! Do not download this
App they purposely are making it hard to canceled I lost $14.00 from this junk.

No option to opt out of subscription! Doesn’t show up in the apple settings under subscriptions! No legitimate/reliable contact info, no number! No settings in-app to opt out of subscription!

Terrible I signed up for 6.99 after the “free” 1 week subscription just for zero way to cancel it. There’s literally no way to cancel and they keep charging me every single week and I will be figuring this out with my bank asap. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I agree with the other reviewer and should have read that first. I now read their terms of service which say to cancel through Apple. THERE IS NOWHERE TO DO SO. Which is deceptive. I have asked for cancellation immediately and will be contacting my bank and Apple if it doesn’t happen.

I did a 3 day free trial but I didn’t like it after the first 10 minutes of using it. I tried to cancel the trial but there was no option for it AT ALL. I decided to delete the whole account and leave it at that. I was them charged for it a few days later under a name that is different than the app or company. I tried to look through my apple subscriptions and it’s not there at all. When I tried to report it to apple it said the app is 100% therefore no receipt or option to cancel the purchase and yet it has continuously charged me for it.
THIS IS A WEIRD SCAM.

Do not download. Even for the free trial. Mediocre Ai. And it’s a pain to cancel. I mean, why? Already sent email to support. Got a lame corporate answer. Just let us cancel and part ways! Why the extra steps? Apple Store should not allow third-party billing. Paddle.net does not make it any easier to cancel. Still waiting to cancel. Please resolve this asap and refund me. Roximus is terrible. Create to help. Not scam people.

This Tattoo AI app is an absolute nightmare. I signed up for what was supposed to be a simple one-week subscription just to try it out. First red flag—there is nowhere in the app or in my account settings that shows the subscription. No way to manage it, no way to cancel it, nothing. It’s like it doesn’t even exist… except they’re still charging me.

It gets worse. Their website? Doesn’t exist or is completely useless. There’s no legitimate support system, no clear instructions, no transparency—just a dead end everywhere you look.

I spent an entire week emailing them, trying to cancel this subscription. No real help, no resolution, just back-and-forth nonsense. Meanwhile, they went ahead and charged me anyway. And now they’re acting like this is somehow acceptable?

This feels incredibly shady and borderline scammy. An app that makes it this difficult to cancel a subscription should not be trusted. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the money—DO NOT download this app.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with anything subscription-based. Completely unacceptable.

As someone that is heavily tattooed and was excited to generated our design my open tattoo, not only was this work generic, but terribly drawn/designed. Angles didn’t have very but flowy looking Casper gowns. I was a refund. Barely used the app for 5 minutes before realizing it was TRASH.
