I'm Nitish — founder of TrainZilla, and this is our third launch here.
v1 was "we built an all-in-one coaching platform." v2 was "stop juggling five apps." This one's different: we've spent the last few months turning TrainZilla into something you can actually hand tasks to — on both sides of the marketplace.
For coaches: an AI assistant built right into the Coach app, plus a live MCP server (api.tzilla.live/mcp) with 23 tools that plug straight into Claude and other external agents — client management, TDEE/macro calculations, workout & diet plan generation, habit tracking, session scheduling, and billing.
For people who don't have a coach yet: an AI Coach subscription inside the free client app (from ₹499/month) that builds a personalised workout, nutrition, and habit plan in minutes, adjusts it every week based on check-in data, and is available for 24/7 coaching chat — with a one-tap upgrade to a real human coach whenever they're ready.
Practically, that means a coach can say "build John a 12-week strength plan and adjust his macros for a cut" and the agent just does it — and someone with no coach at all can get a real, evolving programme before they finish their coffee.
