I struggled with sleep for a long time and I’m thankful that this ring has helped me establish pattern and a bedtime and I look forward to the night now.

Oura ring keeps dying. I keep charging as directed however this is my second ring (5 months old) and the battery power is already less than 2 days.

Got my ring in December and have been fascinated and impressed with all its capabilities. I love it!!!

I don’t even know where to start . I’ve been an Oura ring user since November 2022. I started off with the first gen and then moved to the 3rd gen. However, I have noticed that once there’s a new model everything crashes. The battery lifetime used to last me over a week . It was the same or even better than a Garmin. But this year I’ve had multiple issues. Battery , tracking, updates with bugs. I’m honestly so fed up that I’m not sure if I’ll renew my membership after this time around. Also woke up to my Oura not tracking any data and with account logged out.

App is great, no complaint. Devs changing the UI is annoying. It’s fine the way it is for current functionality.

Issue: Body temp in symptom radar screen not matching body temp graph. More the 2.0 off.

At 40 years old I can count the amount of reviews I’ve written on one hand. As far as health gadgets (Apple watches included) this ring blows them all out the water and at the same time allows me to continue wearing my watches as I am a collector. Even if I wasn’t, the ring is the way to go!!!

Too much real estate for selling more products, core health dashboard incomplete and hard to navigate

I’m completing my one month trial and I’m really happy I got Oura. I can say honestly that it is helping me improve my health. The company really puts so much care into software and hardware. I really appreciate it. It’s fully worth the investment in the ring and the continued subscription to have top quality product and services.

Oura Ring application would not download on Apple iphone 16 after accidentally erased. Have an account since September 2025. No help from company. Ring is essentially useless now. What a waste of $400 dollars plus annual membership fee.

I wrote a review a while back about how great the Oura ring was but now I can no longer stand behind the product. I got a new ring in December, my old ring wasn’t keeping a charge. The new ring kept a charge for 5 to 6 days but now every 3 days I have to charge it. The other problem I have is I had noticed months ago that the ring wasn’t getting the data from my meditations. I reached out to Help and they asked me stupid questions like if I am keeping still while meditating. So I have a new Oura 4 that’s 6 months old that’s now worst that the 3 Gen. Maybe Oura should focus a bit more now on customer service instead of advertising. I was told that my battery was fine and I can’t get a replacement ring.

This app hasn’t really improved over many years. Finn “assistant” is terrible. But the meditation function is particularly poor. Sessions often don’t sync correctly. There’s no information about the various sessions, so and the only way to learn anything about them is to play them in a recorded meditation session. It seems like they might have added a few new ones, but overall they are not very good.

Overcrowded dashboards. Designed for low IQ people with trackers like ‘activity’ and ‘readiness’. How about just steps or body temperature. I have to search too much. Non-intuitive GUI.

I’ve had an Oura a ring for several years now. The most impactful difference it’s made for me is in helping improve my sleep. It’s excellent at tracking sleep stage and timing. The part that doesn’t work so well, however, is that I travel over multiple time zones on a regular basis. There’s no effective way to help it know that I’ve traveled and understand how many hours I’ve actually slept with the clock being so variable.

I’ve sent in requests to add features, but this gets to my second concern with the ring. Being able to reach Customer Service is next to impossible. There’s an automated chat function, which just does not work. It’s more frustrating than helpful.

There are multiple trackers on the market today. For Oura to stand out and to be the one that I continue to use, it needs to continue to evolve with the times. I am seriously considering just using Apple Watch. I think it would be less frustrating.
