The one time payment and no subscription is what sold me on getting this app. And it’s excellent and simple and keeps me motivated. No nonsense. Perfect workout app.

A great straight forward exercise habit forming app. It is highly customizable and you can change the pace, timing, really solid app. They have three default exercise apps i wish there was a default yoga/stretch in there so it would be easier to build a flow off of an existing template rather than build from scratch, including adding the exercise. Aside from that a solid app.

I love this because you get to customize your workouts

Good app. Can you add the ability to see the iCloud data folder in Files? This would make updating icons, making new workouts, importing and exporting, etc way easier.
Monkey Conspirator • Feb 17, 2026
I found this exercise app frustrating to use like many of its kind because it alternates rapidly between standing and laying down exercises with zero interval time to change posture.
Tom dishayshdif • Jan 4, 2026
Thank god much easier to use and cheaper than other apps. Lets me customize everything. Thanks guys really pleased with this!
RuneSalsa • Nov 13, 2025
The app focuses my intent to just do anything that will get my heart rate up

Waste of money
sandeagle7 • Jul 29, 2025
This is one of those apps that contain no bloat and do exactly what they’re supposed to do.
dirtyblonde94 • Jul 22, 2025
Really terrible that you can’t customize workouts. Waste of money in my opinion until they change it so you can add your own exercises.

I just hit the 368 day mark since I discovered this app. I have done so much with it to really make it mine.
Take time to really investigate the app.
I absolutely love it.
There’s a sister app, as well, to track all sorts of things a person wants to stay on top of in their life.
Elleisellen • Jun 25, 2025
Exercises go way to fast before you can even get into position. What is even the point?
Co0lguyface • Mar 21, 2025
You can make your own workout and do it, 5 stars. It has Apple Music support but not Spotify. I am not going to switch to apple music just so it’s a little easier to play music. Other than that it is perfect!
Cosmic_Cuddlefish • Mar 16, 2025
I got this because it seemed simple. Between all the errors and confusing setup. I wasted more time trying to add a single basic workout than ever with any other app. Not to mention poor customer service that focuses on a faq.

It worked on the first half of the week and all of the past. But now no matter what phone setting, app setting, volume level, or Bluetooth connection. The app will not count down the workouts or say the name of the workout where it previously did. Just randomly stopped working middle of this week
