I love honeybook and all of its capabilities but I feel like the editing abilities in the app are seriously lacking. I can’t edit lead forms or smart files and if I’m on the go and need to do something like this quickly it hurts to have to wait till I’m in front of my desktop to get that done.

HoneyBook was easy for me to use from the beginning. I want to spend my time meeting and photographing new clients, not drafting paperwork. My Honeybook smart files make booking new sessions, receiving payments and bookkeeping smooth and relatively painless.🤣
An iPad app would seal the deal
Love it it does all my automations, tracks clients, keeps communication threads, contracts, and takes payments. There are so many pre features to run a whole business!
This app is completely unusable on my iPad Pro. I am currently trying to send an email but clicking on send does nothing. I’ve closed and reopened. Re-installed. Nothing. What good is a CRM if I cannot communicate with clients?
The HB mobile app is one of the first apps I use each week day. I like and use the time tracker. I also love that projects are easy to view and update. I do wish I could mark files as COMPLETE on the mobile app, but all-in-all I love the HB mobile app.

As a newbie to the entrepreneurial world, HoneyBook has been major help in understanding how he back end, the client experience & overall productivity! There are many CRM tools out there but HoneyBook is by the far the easiest- like I said I’m a beginner & it’s catapulted me into a more professional realm
It would be great to have the quote or invoice with multi invoice in one with grand total for all in the end. For example divide by date or events when there is multi location and with multiple events but one client and contract. The recipients email should look normal in their inbox. Email comes boxed into another box and looks very small. Portal link is very hidden as well. Client experience in their inbox is not so great.
Been using HoneyBook for years in my coaching business for invoices and contracts and questionnaires. I love it!
