Community Voice & Feedback
Now it just disconnects and keeps trying to reconnect the VPN instantly since April 7th, 2026. Making the app useless and the AdGuard Reddit mod dismisses it since it “works for him!” and the users seeing the problem go unanswered ☹️
Everything works way smoother now and I’ve not gotten an ad single so definitely worth the money spent :)
Good has some kinks but works most of the time!
Still seeing a bunch of ads in safari despite enabling, allowing, and updating the app
Please improve the power consumption of the whole day, and it will consume more power when you open adg; please improve the design of activity. Now it is not efficient enough to see too little, and it is not visual enough. There is no way to distinguish which domain name contains advertising pictures faster. It is more convenient to manually block suspicious domain name users by adding analysis.
I just spent ten bucks for this app to block the shrieking audio ads that precede the New York Times "automated voice" reading of individual news articles. Turned on all of the AdGuard switches in Settings. But: no luck! The audio ads still shriek and I have wasted $9.99.
Great blocking solution all things considered
Love the way it blocks ads on Safari websites. I cannot tolerate ads, and don't think I could use the Internet without this app. It's of my favorite apps on my iPad--10 stars!
This used to be the best app imo, I used to recommend it to everyone. Over the last 6 months it's inability to connect the vpn and work properly had got me looking elsewhere. All too often I have to disable Ad Guard to get data service and everytime that's the case I see it hung up on VPN connecting in Apples settings. Please resolve this asap so I don't have to find alternatives.
I hate the million of ads while browsing hentai this is what the internet should be
- Fair Price
- One Time Purchase

Does exactly what it claimed to do, great app.

Often times, the vpn symbol is on and connected but it doesn’t actually block anything. Then you need to toggle the vpn or enable and disable it in the app to actually get it to work. Annoying.
Update: very easy to reproduce, just turn on and off your phone and on boot, it would not work majority of the time.

I bought this app very specifically becuse it says it blocks ads from the NYTimes app. Nope, not at all. I am still seeing ads.
This app is not what it was on iOS 18. So many websites and many apps don’t function. I constantly have to turn it off. Updates don’t fix it.
Great app but think iOS 18 broke it
