Hatch+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions. This will continue to give you unlimited access to content while you maintain an active subscription. Cancel anytime. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App store Account. Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your App store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Nothing works. Nothing will save. Don’t bother - buy something else
All of the sounds for the alarm clock are part of the paid option. Extremely frustrating. Returning the clock and finding another. For the cost, it’s not worth it. And the app makes me answer the stupid question about my sleep quality every time I open it.
The fact that a network connection is required just to run the machine with lights / sounds is abysmal. Do not buy/ return this product.
After a year our three hatch machines have all broken. Absolute trash. And online help options are useless.
Too many taps to get to disabling morning alarm on no-school days and the three dots to select disable have to be tapped in exactly the right space or actually start the alarm and wake the child up. It happen 70% of the time for me. Button within a button is a terrible design. I even have small fingers but it's nearly impossible to tap in the exact right spot. This app gives me anxiety every time I have to update the schedule.
This is the second time in the six months I’ve owed this expensive alarm clock that the brightness on the display reverts to a brighter setting. I can’t adjust it because the app crashes every time I try to very frustrated to have the inexperience with this expensive of an alarm clock.
Personally, the machine itself is expensive so the fact I have to buy meditations or soundscapes is pretty annoying. I highly recommend getting rid of the irreverent 7 min mediations as I thought a burglar was in my home. Also, she’s a little too aggressive “this is my real voice. I’m just being me” ummm, what?! You know who has the voice meditations down is Calm app. Remove the personalities of these… I just want music and sound waves. Also, please give more than just 2 free 30 mins wind downs. I just paid $150 for a machine that sits on brown noise. 😑

The app when it works is okay, but it is so glitchy and does not work consistently. I set a sound to play until I tap and I constantly stops. For how expensive the subscription is it would be great if it actually worked.
I wish that if I left the app (not closed it) that when I returned to it, it didn’t have to restart … an would just open back up to the dashboard.
I loved this clock up until a few weeks ago and now it won’t play sound. I verified the speaker works after restarting, but the alarms just won’t play which is a pretty important part to an alarm clock.

App makes product so limited. Sometimes I just want to pay $170 for a device that plays whatever sound and whatever lights I want for as long as I want in the way I want. But no, it has to dim over a max of 2 hours and can’t skip right to rain sounds, I have to listen to a podcaster for a minute.
Generally the app is great I just wonder why you aren’t able to edit the snooze length? Seems like such an easy feature!
Every time I try to adjust the clock light the app closes. So I either have to turn the light off or have it on bright and it’s hard to sleep.
App does not accurately record phone-free nights. My phone is always down before the set time and it never records the data. Useless feature.
I’m always having issues with it. It never wants to save it says “sorry. Try again later” you can’t delete your account on your own. You have to reach out to them. nobody has time to write an email to have you just tell us to unplug it and plug it back in. We should be able to have power over our own account if needed.
