La verdad no es justo que como conductor no toma en cuenta los comentarios, las personas ponen direcciones equivocadas, dejan esperando más de 20 minutos al conductor y cuando uno cancela el viaje la sanción es para el conductor y el pasajero deja malas reseñas eso no me parece justo porque no es problema del conductor si no es problema del pasajero, deberían de tomar más en cuenta esas cosas

Como es posible que yo lleve manejando con esta aplicación 1 año como conductor sin ningún problema con clientes ni personal y mucho menos de documentos y compro un carro hace unos meses y empiezo a trabajar con ustedes paso los 45 días de la chapa temporal y subo el nuevo registro y no es aseptado porque está a nombre del delear se les explica al personal de soporte el carro es de delear lo pago mensual no es adquilado y les digo que no es así y su respuesta fue que en 2 horas me pondrían con un especialista de documentos llevo más de 48 horas y sigo aquí esperando nadie da una respuesta concreta así mismo pasa con cualquier persona igual que uno que está luchando para sus hijos
Don’t ever switch a drivers chosen ride to a lesser priced ride. I will remove this one star rating once I am instructed on how to make sure this never happens again. I am so sick of picking the perfect ride and then the app switching to a non-wanted and lower priced ride so that I am getting a trip I don’t like as well as not getting paid as much as I was going to.
I’ve been driving for years like for years since the beginning. And comparing how was from the beginning and now with all the updates they are making they app it’s getting worst every time. Now the earning is less than before and now the are taking more from the customer and now they are taking more from the driver too. Plus now you can’t use even google map or Waze. With that navigation system they only allow you to use it’s getting way off of the ride. And you get lost more than before.
They offer you a bonus, never pays you
