Community Voice & Feedback
This app never opens on iOS. I’ve updated it, updated my phone, reinstalled it, rebooted my phone. Never opens.
Product is great at weeding out spam calls.
The app analyzed over 100 spam calls and let them come through. I get about 10 a day.
Best service ever made available!
Keep getting error message 13-29-403 every time I try to use it.
There is no point in having this if spam calls still get through. I thought it was supposed to stop spam calls well that didn’t happen so I’m getting rid of this stupid app.
It does not work. Doesn’t do anything. 2026 version of the f@rt app
Keeps crashing after this update!!!!
No upsetting calls have gotten thru. It’s amazing! Thank you!
I have enjoyed so much having this app. I see the notification if the blocks but I’m also glad I can see there were others that reported it as a problem as well. Too many people are out to scam you that you can’t trust every call. This app is very helpful!
In the beginning this app seemed like it was everything I wanted in mobile protection. For starters it’s not free for me and I’m with AT&T’s FirstNet program. It does come free for those outside of FirstNet if you’re only with AT&T. That’s a bummer but I can get over that. What I can’t get over is the fact that it significantly reduces my internet speed by like 50% and I got an iPhone 17pro. It doesn’t allow me to access my healthcare benefits with the military and as a result, I’m currently locked out of my account and need to call TRICARE to have them unlock my account. All this because it wouldn’t fully load the page. Yet my iPad that’s also connected with FirstNet and WITHOUT ActiveArmor loads just fine. The message I got was “To Many Failed Attempts”. I don’t know how when I unlocked it with my FACE!!!! But the app will warn the hell out of you when you disconnect and reconnect to some good WiFi only to slow down the speeds again by like 50%. So it’s a lose lose. Your best bet is delete the app and enjoy that 5G+ without ActiveArmor throttling/reducing your internet speeds and locking you out of much needed access to YOUR accounts.
I really appreciate the capabilities of ActiveArmor. Really wish blocked callers could not leave a voicemail or text!!
Stop the blocker from ringing. No sound would be wonderful.
The main great reason for me to keep AT&T
I don’t know what’s going on. It was working great and blocking this scam loan calls I get several times a day every day. Recently, they started coming thru once daily again and when I look at the ActiveArmor app the call isn’t recorded in there but it’s recording in my call log of my phone and I’m getting voicemails. Where is it? 5 days in a row now it isn’t logging these calls slipping through that are getting through. However it is working bc it’s blocking some calls I see but the ones coming thru are somehow now evading this app. Help!
