Speed Queen

I honestly really do love Speed Queen. The laundromat is clean, the machines are great, and the customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back. It’s actually hard to find a laundry place that checks all those boxes.
BUT… the rewards program? 😅 We need to talk about that.
I genuinely don’t understand why I can spend my hard-earned money at Speed Queen and not even earn at least $1.25 or $2 in rewards or credits. If I’m going to keep spending money here, I would love to actually feel like I’m being rewarded for being a loyal customer.
What really gets me is that you’re promoting the rewards and credits in the app. So naturally, as a customer, I expect to actually receive something meaningful from the money I’m spending. If the rewards aren’t really going to reward customers, then honestly, take that feature off the app or change it so it actually benefits the people who are using it. 😂
Sometimes I remember this and think, “Okay… maybe I need to find another laundromat.” But then I remember how hard it is to find somewhere that is clean, has good machines, AND provides great customer service. That’s honestly why I’m still here.
I really do like Speed Queen, and I WANT to keep coming back. I just think the rewards program needs to match the quality of everything else. If you’re going to promote it, make it worth something. Otherwise, please don’t advertise it like customers are getting a benefit when they really aren’t.
I’m not asking for free laundry every time I come in 😂—just a rewards program that actually feels like a reward for being a loyal customer. 😉

I want to preface this with saying I have no clue how the app actually is, because I couldn’t even access it.
Signing up, I made a silly mistake by entering my email wrong. That being said, I never got a confirmation email to complete the account, so I went to the app again to change my email, but all that did was send me to the beginning of the process. “Alright” I said, so I put my name in again, fixed my email, made my password again then put my phone number…
But then I got a notification saying I couldn’t move forward because my phone number was already used and I have to use another phone number or contact customer service (there’s no customer service option, most likely will have to go to a website or something I’m guessing) and I don’t think it’s shocking that I only have the one phone number.
Essentially, I have been barred from creating an account because my phone number was used for an account that was never fully made, completed, or registered.

So far, 0/5 experience this is so stupid I genuinely can’t comprehend this, someone help me.

I deleted my account and now i can’t create a new one and i lost my old one so now i can’t do my laundry

God awful app, the developers are too lazy to even test it. This app does not work on the 2026 iPads!!

For some reason I can’t see my points. I get a thing that say to use points for payment but I never know how many are there or if I have any.

Easy to use but seems unethical, to me, that the owner of the app will not refund unused funds. I’d love to hear their reasons for conducting this shady scheme.
