Product Positioning & Context

Keep track of which rabbits or cavies are due to have litters, which rabbit litters are due to wean or process, and increase the productivity of your animals with WhosDue. WhosDue is a litter record keeping app that provides statistics to show you how your animals are performing in addition to keeping track of all of their litters.

With WhosDue you can have all your breeding and litter record info with you wherever you are, and easily see who is producing well and who isn’t at any time without having to check cage cards, giving you the information you need to make decisions to make your rabbits or cavies more productive.

Features:
• See a list of who’s due to have a litter, which rabbits are due to be palpated, and which rabbit litters are due to be weaned or processed sorted by due date and grouped by Breed on the main screen.
• Get a notification for rabbits that a nest box needs to be put in with the doe before the doe is due and another reminder the morning she is due. The number of days before the due date can be customized in the settings screen.
• Get a notification when a rabbit is ready to palpate or a rabbit litter is ready to wean or process. Notifications can be turned on and off in the settings screen to customize which ones you get.
• Get a notification for cavies that they are due at the beginning of the gestation range for cavies.
• Quickly and easily see the survival rate or largest litter size of all animals of a breed ordered from highest to lowest. Tap a row to bring up the litter record for that animal to see the full details of all its litters. Easily toggle the view to show inactive rabbits and cavies or all rabbits and cavies instead of only active ones.
• Breedings still due can be deleted or edited by swiping left on the litter tab of the main view.
• Adding a breeding, updating results, or deleting a breeding automatically makes the change for both the buck and the doe.
• View all the animals you have of a breed grouped by gender. Easily toggle the view to show inactive rabbits and cavies or all rabbits and cavies instead of only active ones.
• Use the date calculator to find out when breedings need to be done to have each class of rabbit for a show. Just enter the date of the show and the dates are calculated for all classes.
• Keep a list of all the miscellaneous rabbit and cavy related tasks you want to get done right in the app, and set a date time for a notification if you want a reminder.
• Backup your data to iCloud and restore from iCloud to transfer your data between devices or to just keep a backup of your data.
• Print a 3" x 5" cage card and 2 1/2" x 4" carrier card from the rabbit/cavy list.
• Print a 3" x 5" cage card and 2 1/2" x 4" carrier card for a litter from the litter record.

Great app. Need to add option for mini plush lops as breed.
Pedigree issues • May 1, 2025
Needs to be an easier way to add to make a rabbit pedigree. Adding each rabbit to the breeders just leaves me with rabbits that I don’t have.

I wish you the process time in weeks was able to go lower than 10 weeks. Some breed can go in as little as 8

I love everything about this program but when I go to print of a pedigree there is a mistype in the Rabbitry name and I can’t find anywhere where I have typed my name in incorrectly.

This is an excellent program for keeping track of my Netherland dwarf herd. I originally got it as just a reminder for when litters were due. But it really is so much more! You can add the whole pedigree of a rabbit or just it’s name, however detailed you want to keep your data. Very handy to use the search a rabbit option to find a rabbit and see what the production of that rabbit it, buck or doe. Very easy to enter a kit from a litter into the system for its journey into data records. I use it on my iphone and find it very simple. I love this program!

Having trouble accessing the pedigree portion of the app so I can begin making pedigrees

This app is FANTASTIC for keeping on schedule for who is due, who needs bred when, when boxes need to go in, to do lists, and the breeding stats for each rabbit. So far the easiest to use via smartphone as well! I have Evans for most of my pedigree info and finances, but this is super handy to have especially for easy transfer of pedigrees for sales!

I’m struggling to add a breed; I’m not sure if there is guide for it but that could be beneficial for users. I have dwarfs and cals, but there seems to be no option to add my cals to the app?

Color updates are needed for at least dwarfs. I’m having to enter my foxes as otters and put “fox” in the notes as the app does not have the torted otters yet (officially showable 11/1/2023). I’m wondering if the same is true for the lutinos that are showable now as well for dwarfs.

All that is needed is the ability to share the data base with others through family share so my entire family can see the same things I can.

Love the app so far but I don’t see anywhere to list a harlequin colored rabbit it’s not in the color listing. What would I list it under ?
FlyingSquirrelGirl • Feb 24, 2024
I rely on this app to keep track of breeding 3 breeds. It’s limited as to features, but what it does it does very well. I wouldn’t be able to stay organized without it! Once you buy it, it’s yours, no recurring subscription fees!

After years of fighting with cage cards being lost, chewed up or peed on, having this app on my phone makes adding breedings fast and simple.

The ability to track different aspects of breeding are a definite added bonus. I also love how I can do pedigrees directly on my phone and send them to buyers right away.

This is definitely the app I needed to help make my herd more productive.

Amazing app!!

I really like this app so far but I would love an inbreeding coefficient for potential matches or some sort of similar projection / tracking for genetics.
Hellotumpty • Jun 26, 2023
It never notifies me when It is time to wean or process
MecMexicain • May 11, 2023
I have tried pretty much all of the rabbit breeding apps. Some were so-so, others were okay but . . . And then sadly some were a complete waste of time.

Then I found this one. Color me with a huge smile! Quite modest price and amazing functionality. I am a truly happy fellow every time I turn to this app.

Tracking my rabbits, tracking breedings, palpations, nest box dates, litter kindling dates, and weaning dates. All super intuitive and easy with this app.

No brainer for me. This is the one to pick folks!

I really like this app,it has a lot of great option and great appeal, with cavy we rely a lot of weighs only thing I wish it had was a way to track weights and weigh pigs in grams and Oz vs pounds.
