Can’t even create an account

No immediate Technical support for a resident to solve a login problem. How can you help in this matter?

They’re selling your info to third parties and putting you all at risk of being hacked. Thank God I have an IPhone and Xfinity notifies me of and blocks all security risks. Not before letting me know it’s coming from Appfolio though. I’m keeping tabs on everything that’s happened since my first use of the platform. Limits being set to $1 so you’re forced to login to your bank and see what’s going on; just for third party hackers to attempt to watch and steal your credentials. While Appfolio makes money on it. Get it together before you have a lawsuit on your hands.

I tried to pay my rent online.But the rent amount is wrong. The app is charging a transaction fee of 9.99 instead of $2.49 and my debit card last four digits is showing up wrong too. This app is trash

Randomly logs you out and doesn’t let you log back in. When you ask to reset password it doesn’t send you an email

one use to realize why it has two stars. cleared my rent out of my account but claimed address for apple pay was wrong and it failed.

Almost Every time I use this app, whether it’s a day or a month apart I get forced logged out and have to re-enter everything.

I am unable to login because the 6 digit verification code is not being sent to my phone or email. The local property manager is unable to help resolve the issue. Customer support is poor.

The app refuses to let me log in without 2FA account that I cannot access anymore. I called my property managers who were able to send me another verification code to access the account but appfolio says my account is already active even though it was removed. Appfolio HAS ABSOLUTELY 0 PERSON CENTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AND AN UNUSEFUL HOTLINE.

I’ve used this app for a few different rentals over the years and it has worked fine. The recent update with ai when creating repair requests is horrible. It glitches and asks for the same information repeatedly. I understand that thought behind it but it makes things more complicated than they need to be.

There’s so many other sites to be able to pay the rent WITHOUT FEES . They charge $10 for every single little thing .

This app is terrible to use, and after being logged out I am unable to log back in as the authentication website never loads.

Absolutely terrible. I cannot login regularly, and I have to contact property management to submit anything. Now the app just login loops, and does nothing. Incredibly frustrating. I have a maintenance request I desperately need to submit today….. and of course. AppFolio is not working. Gonna love that 95 degree weather with no AC this week.

Fix the damn log in bug. Why isn’t this being worked on immediately? As soon as I try to log in, it goes back to the login page. FIX FIX FIX
If anyone is having the same issues, you can use the web browser instead of the app and you can add it to your home screen to save you from a headache as well.

Can’t log in to pay anything. Loading takes forever.
