Taptap held my money up to 3 days for an express transfer that I was trying to make. I transferred money to myself and I forgot to put my middle name. I requested to cancel the transaction and they held my money for 3 days. Remitly do cancellation instantly. They are not evening paying interest to me.

I trusted this service in a critical moment, and they failed completely. I would not recommend using TapTap Send for urgent or important transfers.
