Was a great app until they stopped releasing surveys. I wish they would communicate with us as to why there are no more surveys. At this point, this app could be using our data.
I never thought I’d give only 1 star. Would give 0 if that was an option.
Since months pretty much no surveys, only streaks when you get on.
Also when you try to contact customer support via the app, it brings an error page.
I’d really like to hear from Crowdtap support or people who worked for Crowdtap to find out if it’s still in business because the infos are mixed online.

Beware. They are good until they aren’t. If you are a regular survey taker aka every day and start making money through them..they will just stop sending you surveys. I emailed multiple times saying I wasn’t getting surveys any more and they essentially ghosted me. Horrible company.
Love this app or use to where are the surveys? Please come back soon.
No surveys available for several months, no news about anything happening. Responses to reviews are automated. Website is still up and running, so.... what's going on here?
This is a great app and so much fun and then I’ve been sudden they stopped putting surveys in and it hasn’t worked since November. Like what happened we need some answers.

This app used to work, but in the last month, not one s survey. Time to delete and. Move on. And IF the developer responds, it will be a canned response auto generated, which means no one is home

This was a great app until it wasn’t! Surveys were fun and easy to answer. The surveys suddenly stopped about six months ago. If the site is no longer active, it would be great for the developer to let us know.
I used to love crowdtap but for a few months now I have not received any survey . I emailed customer service many times but they responded saying I should receive the survey again but it is completely stopped.
Do not download this scam app! They will NEVER SEND YOU A SURVEY AFTER YOU SIGN UP! Why? Because the app is clearly just spyware capturing your data and returning zero rewards. I am deleting this app and I suggest you do, too. Months and months and ZERO opportunities to earn rewards. Yeah—that means only one thing: These frauds are STEALING OUR DATA!
Another rewards app that turned into a scam. I am just a few points away from redeeming a gift card but obviously I will never be able to redeem the points because there are no more surveys.

I give up. I’ve contacted customer support and was told they are investigating why I’m not receiving anything anymore. They have not responded back. There is no way to contact support on the app, just by email. When I go from doing group discussions and tons of surveys to nothing, something’s just not right. I know I’m not the only one that’s experiencing this.

This was one of my favorites until a few months ago. It just stopped giving surveys. I haven't had any in months. every time I login it says check back. And surveys that were started when you went back to finish them gave you an error
I love this app and have never had a problem with it until October 2025 when surveys started to go away. Please come back. I loved learning about new products that would soon be available and influencing what features or flavors would be available. This was the best survey app ever but now I get nothing. Please please please come back.
