I was with hims for a while, paying their crazy markups for medications. It was convenient, except the doctors barely talk with you. They’re there just to sell product. I was near the end of my subscription and I chose to cancel, I asked for them to send me a lower dose to taper off my meds, 3 weeks before my subscription ends. Instead they chose to say ‘we won’t send anything else because your subscription is not active’ in other words, pay us another $147 for what would cost $10 at the local pharmacy. I’ve been with them over a year and this is how they treat you, manipulate you to keep you subscribed.
Honestly I’m just dissatisfied with this as a whole the first month it was $39 for the membership plus 149 for the medication which okay cool still a little high but I’ll do that I guess. The next month it charged me 149 for the membership which I thought was for the medication then found out I still had to pay 149 for the medication which is 300 total for it and I just don’t feel like that’s worth it. I don’t mind 149 for the medication but I’m not paying yall 149 just to be able to have the ability to have it sent to me. The medication did work and help with weight loss but I can easily just control my eating then go to the gym and save the $300. They also say you can use your HSA account but don’t accept it directly through the app and tell you that you have to get reimbursed through your insurance which is a hassle to do and if I’m paying this much money to y’all I should be able to do it directly in the app. All in all I’d rather just avoid it all together save myself the headache and do the work myself smh this was a good start off that helped me lose weight and I’d like to continue but not worth the money they want me to spend since I can’t justify $150 to yall just to have yall ship me medication, so I’ll be canceling this and doing on my own from now on.
When I was 55 years old I had a hard time staying hard. Getting hard wasn’t an issue it was stay that way. I saw this product on facebook so I figured I should at least try it. I am so happy I did and so is my lady. I can have sex for as long as she wants. We are like teenagers. If we want to do it in the morning we can if we want to do it in the afternoon we can. Three times a day no problem. Spontaneity IS BACK BABE!! Best thing I ever did was to start taking this medication.
And I have no side effects. I can hit the gym or work all day in the heat. Crush it like I was in my early twenties. My girlfriend is shocked at my stamina and has committed many times that our age difference helps because someone older than her wouldn’t be able to keep up. No joke she is 16 years younger than me and she can’t believe how I can out do her in and out of the bedroom.
Take it and you won’t regret it.

Wouldn’t accept some information after it was set up and had no way cancel the account! Could cancel subscriptions purchased on there but not the account!
Excellent service, friendly customer service keep up the good work.
I love the customer support and the product quality itself - however both the website and app are not intuitive and are consistently broken and displaying subscriptions that were cancelled pre-COVID. It’s almost as if hiring strong tech talent is worth the higher costs when building one of the most instrumental areas of your business.
I’d rather buy stuff off eBay
App is worst. They save your credit card info without your permission and you can not delete it. Also they charge for 6 months supply and deliver only 150 days supply. I have complained with BBB but Hims representatives are fraud and shameless. They don’t care. Never buy anything from them.
As a man approaching my 40s, Hims has been very convenient and access for a busy man.
Amazing
Hims charges for BOTH membership AND pills. It’s in the fine print, but when they are talking to you over the phone they don’t make that clear until you notice a double charge.
Pricing claims $149 for treatment, leaving out that treatment is upwards of $150 on top of that initial membership fee. They also do not take insurance. Do not waste your money, I wish I hadn’t and I only got it a few hours ago.
I started using Hims not because I was losing my hair because I wasn’t. Filling out the initial questionnaire was a little difficult since all the questions led to hair loss problems. In my case my hair didn’t have the healthy look I wanted so I figured let me give this a try. The first five month bottle gave me hope if nothing else. I started to notice changes that led me to order the next. After finishing up my second i was hooked. My hair never looked as it does now, it’s full, it’s has waves that I never had before. I guess the only issue I have is I’m seeing my barber more often now.
