This was the funnest day 1 workout I’ve had since the 1980s.
Purchased the one week option. Didn’t see anywhere anything about a subscription to follow and especially since one of the purchase options was a subscription and I chose NOT to get that. After a week I was auto charges for the subscription cost. Very deceptive.
I’m 78 years old and I just wanted to try your exercise at home. After receiving your email. You recommended that I fill out a registration (asking the same questions I answered when I paid for the program.) At the end of these questions, you offer another plan that I would have to pay for! You also recommended that I download an App that required a payment.

Ok. I didn’t have high hopes. This is NOT my first “get active” app. I am honestly surprised that I’m into it, and can feel the impact (in a good way) even at my entry level (way too many years of a desk job) starting point. Was a little confusing in how MANY options there are, so definitely recommend just starting out with what they recommend when you sign up and THEN look around at other workouts. Or, if you’ve not vibing on the first one the slot you into. The test will be if I sustain using it—but so far, I actually want to. Good luck—you got this.
There’s nothing that’s says it’s a subscription when you buy the app and then they won’t refund your money. Do not buy. Just go take. Walk on your own. It is certainly not worth 40 dollars a month.
