Very helpful
It seems it is not updated any more! i bought it and I thought it will continue to be updated regularly with new schemas
Not worthy for the price , would like to get refund
.
Overall, highly recommend!! I have used this so many times in many contexts to learn and to refresh on certain conditions and thought processes. The search-ability of the app needs work but that’s minor compared to all of the benefits.
This is one of the most concise point of care tools I have ever seen. Whether you teach or are a learner, this tool provides the tools needed to become a successful clinician. Patients will be better off because of what the clinical problem solvers have done.
I’ve opened this app countless times on rotations hoping it would help with a ddx or management. It has absolutely never - and I mean truthfully zero times - had information about what I’m looking for. I was duped into buying this waste of memory of an app a couple years ago and im still mad about it and I’m finally deleting it. Use their free website. Use DynaMed, use UpToDate, use wikem.org. But don’t pay for this. It is totally useless.
Good app!
Great info
Useful for intern year
This is so incredibly helpful! I wish the episodes were in the app, but I’m grateful for the useful schemas.
excellent source for diagnostic frameworks. I use the app frequently. A great reference for diagnostic reasoning! would highly recommend.
