Taking time is important to put your health on your priority list. Access to your phone is extremely convenient, therefore, being in charge of your own body.
It throws an ad at you every 4 seconds. There’s other apps out there.
InPulse - Heart Rate Monitor app is NOT free.
I signed up for the free trial and was instantly charged for the year subscription. I cancelled the free trial immediately but the charge was never refunded. Don’t download this app. It doesn’t do anything special and they’re just trying to to steal money from you.
I don’t understand the report., my heart rate says 20/100 on the report. My blood pressure is140/102 it’s high. My pulse is 106 (normal pulse is 60-100 BPM)
