Everytime I load into the app or do my password a couple of times it lets me see my bank; but then the next day it logs me out. I need help
Love this app. As a teen, I wish it had more features like investing, though like other apps, but this is really underrated for sure. I hope Till doesn’t go anywhere. It’s a great app.
This app is super easy to use
We have 5 children and have been using the app for years. For us, it’s been a great training tool on card usage, spending and saving. The app is far easier to use than our bank app and cards with more features. We’ve had a couple of user issues over the years and each time the staff has been prompt and very helpful. Heartily recommend.
Card never came even though I ordered it with expedite option and paid extra 10 dollars for delivery. My child was not able to verify himself and had to go on a trip without the Till. I sent s letter to the support - No help or response from them.
The app is super easy to use for both parent and child. And the customer service support is the best I’ve experienced! Highly recommend!

I emailed a question through the till app customer service link and had answers in 60 seconds! They have excellent customer service!
Till has been a great tool for my teen to learn to save money, as well as a convenient way to receive her first paychecks & for me to easily send money her way. When her card was lost & used by an unknown person, Till was extremely responsive & made it right for us. I feel like we were lucky to have this service at this point in my teen’s life. Absolutely no complaints about the app or the debit card. Nikki in customer service is the best!
We got this because we were told funds would be added for our son’s trip. The app said we’re all set! That was far from the case. No funds were added and when WE THEN TRIED TO GIVVE HIM MONEY it took DAYS TO GET THERE. No option to speed things up.

I was trying to get my account back bc I transferred phones and I don’t remember my password so I tried to reset it but it wouldn’t let me.

I got paid and my money didn’t come in till three days later and it wasn’t my job it was this bank holding my money
This app seems to be headed in the right direction but some features are lacking, in particular, transferring money to the parent wallet. It seems that without paying for the premium features, transfers an extremely slow. Even though it says they will be available I one day, be prepared to wait longer. They try and say it depends on your bank’s policy but I’m experiencing with multiple bank accounts. We’ll see if this gets any better. I’ll update if it does.
