Community Voice & Feedback
I have been using this app for over a year lost 30lbs, I enjoy the workout programs.
I’m team limitless, coach Kelly. She is the very best coach ever!!! I’m working out with her on my ear, always cheering me up!! Nutrition always at top, having the opportunity to track my macros and my workout with the Journal is the best feature of the app. Love Kelly, love ladder!!
This is a great app and easy to use or modify any of the workouts. It allows you to work out at your own pace so you don’t feel rushed.
This app is so good. I am using coach Kelly Matthew’s limitless team and I am amazed to see how much I had been limiting myself on my lifts throughout my life. This app is easy to use, the coach is right into your ear helping you, you can replace your exercises if you don’t have the same equipment or the ability to do them. Overall 5 stars!!
It’s one of the best apps i have used for workouts.
The gym was not a good fit for me so I tried Ladder’s free trial and got hooked. I was hoping for some toning and to feel better, but just 30-40 minutes in my living room with Ladder and some free weights made such a difference in my muscle mass and body shape I bought a year subscription. The app thinks of everything and meets you where you are while motivating you to move up on your goals. Highly recommend.
I wish there was a step tracker also available on this otherwise I absolutely love it
I’ve never paid for a fitness app before, so I felt I was taking a chance on this. However, it has been SO worth the money, I would consider it an absolute bargain. In just 5 weeks, I am making steady growth in ways I never thought I could. I am super busy and this fits beautifully in my schedule. The guidance is super clear, and having the whole workout plan done for you takes all the guesswork out.
I even replaced my usual food tracking app (LoseIt) I’ve used for 4 years with the nutrition log features in Ladder! This is my first time tracking macros, it is not overwhelming, and I am seeing results.
I cannot recommend Ladder enough if you are committed to making a change to your physical health but feel like you just don’t know how or where to start. I’m pretty antisocial and do not want to do any sort of group classes or hire a personal trainer, and Ladder has perfectly filled this need for me.
Last bit of advice as you go in — use the journal!! When the coach first mentioned it, I felt like rolling my eyes and thought “this is way too much detail,” but I am SO GLAD I pushed that aside and started logging. It is so motivating to see my growth over time, plus it is helpful when you back to exercises in later weeks and don’t remember what weights you used.

I love this app so much! All the workouts are great, challenging, and sweaty!
Not know what to do can be the most daunting part of a work and if your doing it right.
The features of ladder do make you feel like you have a live coach on hand. The options for workout routines/ series have great range.
Feel myself getting stronger and learning range with new exercises.

As someone with a disability, working out can be so intimidating and emotionally taxing. With Ladder’s support, I’m finally committing to myself, relieving the mental load of keeping strong. Signing up makes me like I hit life’s “easy” button for legit strength training letting someone else plan it for me so I just have to show up and go - thank you so much!
People behind the app have it dialed in. I used to spend a considerable amount of time finding and inputting exercises into my previous app. Then constantly added more. It was a bit out of control. With Ladder I just go to the gym and follow the program. Gradual gains.
I’ve tried several fitness applications to keep me on track. Some are good, but most are underwhelming. Ladder has proved to be an awesome fitness application. You pick a coach who fits your goals and workout style, and you follow along with the workout each day. The workouts are scalable and challenging. The app also keeps you accountable. Before Ladder I was all over the place with workouts. Inconsistent in all aspects. Getting one of these coaches and following their programming you’ll finally see results. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is interested.
Thank you sir! 11 out of 10.
I love how the workouts are customized to what you want to achieve. It’s tailored to fit around your schedule and fitness goals. The app keeps you on a routine, a fitness plan and doesn’t leave you at the gym wondering what workouts to do. I love the nutrition feature. I’m trying to gain weight and you can take a picture of your food, type in what you ate or a receipt of what you eat and it adds the calories for you. It tells me how many calories and how much protein I still need for the day to achieve my weight goal. Everything is tailored to your needs! My only recommendation is that you add a widget for nutrition so you don’t have to go in the app to access nutrition.
