They seem to have updates often. I use this app for work and I have to insert team photos. They ALWAYS without a doubt will glitch out and not be uploaded and I then have to go insert 150+ photos over three times. Please fix this.

App works decently but could work better. Some days it won’t allow cleaners to imput photos even closing and restarting the app.
Would like to continue use as long as it slowly improves!

Glitches on an every single use basis. Photos won't upload. App runs too slow or boots users off. Couldn't onboard a new user. Support is slow too with a 24 hours return window if you're lucky they'll get back to you, on other issues they completely back burner it. I CANNOT WAIT to move my team to a better platform which is already in the works.

Its good but not good much

This app is the worst. It doesn’t function normally
they constantly have server problems.
When you try to load the app it keeps kicking you out and makes you sign back in. - half the time it doesn’t work. Uploading pictures is the worst.

They need to update this app so it functions better. Either that or find a different app to use all together.

It stops working out of nowhere, they really need to fix this app.

Plz fix the glitches! Bug fix needed!

I have contacted support a few times to report some bugs:
- photos done include a time stamp this is problematic for our clients who need this when reporting something to Airbnb if the previous guest broke it
- checklist edits do not save
- images take forever to load when creating a checklist and occasionally crash the app

Update suggestion:
- translation feature for the checklist not just the app

The only reason I use this app is because I have to with our Turnau app as a sister app. If I would never have to see this app again, I would literally never use it.

It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re trying to use the Web version because you’re trying to cross compare your cleaners availability.

Notifications are not consistently being received by my team when a task is assigned to them, uploading pictures after a job is completed; crashes the app. The calendar sync isn’t accurate, it claims to sync daily with 3rd-party calendars this isn’t consistent. This app works perfectly fine for Turno jobs. However, if you are also using it to manage team schedules for non Turno jobs, good luck.

I’ve used this app for years now. Some costumers have a long inventory and most of the time it doesn’t left me finish a task because of the mandatory inventory that the costumers like to do, however the app takes weeks even months to let me finish the inventory so I can get paid 😒 I wouldn’t mind paying for a better experience with this app

I need an app that will show me multiple airbnbs that need cleaned, let me edit the days it can be cleaned, and let all of my teammates see the schedule and pick which jobs they want. This only gives you the option to assign jobs. My crew cannot view the schedule or select what jobs they can do.

I just recently started using Taskbird the experience has been okay could be better, as a cleaner there are some home owners that have a checklist and require you to take photos which is not the problem. The problem is everytime I go to the checklist and try to add a photo to the checklist I am taken to a screen that says take a photo, I click on the button and nothing happens, I hold on the take a photo button, nothing. I tried on and off Wi-Fi, I logged out of the app and back in, I tried going to same screen but a different which allows you to write a bit or take a photo, I can write a note but still can’t take a photo. There are no updates for the app. I’m all out of options and believe this is an issue with the app itself. Due to this issue of not allowing me to complete the job until I have a picture in the checklist but the app not allowing me to upload or take a picture, is making my work time not accurate because I can’t clock out on time due to this issue.

Like other reviews mention, this app would perform better or be more enjoyable to use if it glitched a lot less 🙃. I haven’t been able to add a new task/job to my teams calendar for the last 4 days. All other features/functions are working just fine. When I try to add something new, the screen freezes on that page, can’t type or save any info that I’m able to enter. It’s very frustrating for a busy team with constant changes to make.

I have had to instill and reinstall app just about every turnover. It doesn’t work properly and adds so much time to my cleaning.
